Private client practice

A private practice for matters that stay private.

Decker & Ross advises individuals, families, and closely held companies on confidentiality, personal technology, and the ordinary administration of private affairs. Engagements are quiet. Work is not published.

IntroductionNew matters begin by inquiry, or by a client already known to the practice.
MandateWork is scoped in private. It is not described on a public page.
StatementCharges appear as Decker & Ross. Statements are plain by design.

Correspondence by appointmentDecker & Ross LLC

Four areas. No catalogue.

A first conversation establishes whether the practice is the right one, and what, if anything, should be put in writing. Nothing below is an offer of a packaged service.

01

Personal technology

Accounts, devices, and the household systems around a private client. Fewer exposures, not a display of apparatus.

02

Communications

Correspondence that should remain between the people it concerns. The channel, the habit, and the record.

03

Papers

Documents and instructions better kept out of ordinary inboxes and shared drives.

04

Residence & travel

Homes, guests, and movement. The small repeated exposures that are easy to ignore.

On billing

A statement shows the practice. Nothing else.

Professional services are invoiced by Decker & Ross LLC. A card or bank statement carries the practice name. It does not describe the subject of the work. That is how the engagement is agreed.
